Presentation Guidelines

 (Sessions including Full Paper and Abstract presentations)

 

• Timing:

Each presentation, including Q&A, must not exceed 15 minutes in total (e.g., ~12 minutes presentation + ~3 minutes Q&A).

• File Preparation:

Please bring your slides on a USB drive and copy the file (PPTX or PDF) to the session room computer at least 10 minutes before the session starts.

• Updates:

Any changes will be announced on the conference website. Please check regularly for the latest information.
