Sustainable Future: Industrial Innovation and Applications for AI

The International Conference on Industrial Sustainability and Applications (ICISA Special Event for CYCU 70th Anniversary) will be held on October 30–31, 2025, at Chung Yuan Christian University (CYCU), Taoyuan, Taiwan. The conference is organized by the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering, CYCU. In response to the rapid development and widespread adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, which have significantly impacted and challenged the field of industrial engineering and management, this conference aims to provide an international academic platform. It will bring together scholars and experts from around the world to discuss the applications and future trends of industrial engineering and management in the era of fast-evolving AI. Participants will share the latest research findings and practical experiences, focusing on the principles and practices of sustainable development.

Additionally, this conference is one of the major events celebrating the 70th anniversary of CYCU. As a significant academic event for both CYCU and the field of industrial engineering and management, the conference is integrated into the anniversary celebration to reflect on past academic achievements and explore future directions. We are honored to invite scholars from partner institutions in countries such as Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, and the United States, along with Taiwanese experts, to participate. Through the exchange of diverse perspectives and collaborative efforts, the conference aims to promote sustainable industrial development and innovative management technologies. We hope this event will not only facilitate the exchange and advancement of knowledge and technology but also strengthen cross-sector collaboration among industry, government, academia, and research institutions. Furthermore, it is expected to enhance the international visibility of CYCU and Taiwan’s research and practical capabilities in industrial engineering, inject innovative momentum into future industrial development, and add luster to CYCU’s 70th anniversary.
